why i love this place:

*it is griffin’s family’s beach house. and they are all very sweet to me.

*it is beach front property.

*it is on the jersey shore, meaning it has little quirks that come from jersey like pork roll egg and cheese sandwiches (just a two minute walk away), and delicious pizza. but it’s far enough from snooki that you don’t get the true “jersey shore” feel.

*on some days it’s chilly like barton springs, keeping the dip in the ocean quite refreshing, and on warmer water days we can swim for a longer amount of time.
